Sistemas de monitoreo y alarma

Plataformas de supervisión continua con gestión de alarmas y registros para entornos regulados. Diseñados para cumplimiento normativo y trazabilidad completa.

A continuous monitoring system combines supervisory software with data loggers that record temperature, humidity, dew point, CO2, differential pressure and other critical variables at the point of measurement. Unlike a control system, it operates independently and redundantly: each logger keeps data locally even through power or network outages, while the software centralizes alarms, reports and the audit trail.

It is the backbone of compliance in GxP-regulated environments — from pharmaceutical cleanrooms to warehouses and storage facilities — where every out-of-range excursion must be detected, alarmed and documented with full traceability for audits.

Technology

What makes Vaisala's viewLinc system unique

Vaisala RFL100 wireless data loggers with temperature and humidity probes

At the heart of the system is the viewLinc software, which ensures data integrity with an audit trail, access controls, encryption and authority levels to fulfill regulatory requirements such as FDA 21 CFR Part 11 and EU GMP Annex 11. Data loggers connect via Ethernet, PoE, Wi-Fi or VaiNet — Vaisala's proprietary LoRa®-based wireless technology, which penetrates concrete walls and metal structures without repeaters and operates on a network independent of your existing Wi-Fi infrastructure.

  • Validatable software with GxP documentation, IQOQ protocols and GAMP methodology
  • Alarms via onscreen alerts, email, SMS, alarm towers, relay and voice calls
  • Autonomous logging at the point of measurement: no data is lost to power or network downtime
  • Scales from one to thousands of monitored locations, with multi-site, multi-time-zone operation
  • Runs parallel to and independent of control systems, for simplified validation
  • Integrates with other systems via OPC UA and API
