DRYCAP® dew point and temperature probe for tight spaces
A dew point and temperature probe for low-humidity applications, with a short 41 mm probe head that fits installations with limited space, such as semiconductor manufacturing equipment. Sensor purge maintains accuracy in chemical-laden environments, and installation with a Swagelok fitting supports processes up to 10 bar.
