Multiparameter transmitter for SF6 gas in switchgear
An online transmitter delivering seven SF6 gas parameters in a single unit: it measures dew point, pressure and temperature, and calculates density, normalized pressure, dew point at atmospheric pressure and ppm. It combines Vaisala's DRYCAP® and BAROCAP® sensors to detect leaks and moisture issues in the insulation without releasing SF6 into the atmosphere. Discontinued by Vaisala — not to be specified for new projects; contact an AKRIBIS specialist for support of existing installations and the recommended replacement.
